Anyonw else's live wallpaper keep changing back to "dead wallpaper"?

As the title states, my 'magic smoke' live wallpaper keeps changing back to the plain wallpaper that I was using previously. Does anyone know why/how to fix it? I'm running BB V1 @ 1GHz (LV).

Are you using a task manager? If so, you might want to check what it's closing out. I had the same problem and I didn't exclude my Live Wallpaper, and I had to keep re-opening it.

Are you using a launcher? This happened to me yesterday. I'm having trouble pinpointing because I just switched back to a live wallpaper for the first time in about a month.

One recent addition I made was LauncherPro

No task manager, no launcher, just the smoked glass theme.

I have never had any good results with live wallpaper. I had to have when I first rooted and ran them for a while. I like dead wallpaper better.

Wow, totally overlooked the fact that I had the Magic Smoke live wallpaper in the End Task list....! Went thru the list, removed all force endings of any Live Wallpaper programs & pickers, seems to have cleared up the problem...

Another note, the Droid 1 running Gingerbread does not have a lot of memory to spare. When you load something which requires a good amount of memory (like a game), Gingerbread will automatically start killing programs which it thinks is useless to make more memory for the game.
