is it just me or we can't customize the 4 buttons below (like helix). i like this for my dinc, but would love to be able to customize which 4 shortcuts/apps is at the bottom like helix.

The last L Pro update fixed this. Just press and hold on anyone of the bottom icons and walla! choose your program of choice.

Has anybody try this with bettercut? Cause everytime I hit create on the icon , the launcher FC is that happening to anyone else

Is there a way to theme launcherpro to have smoked glass widgets but still receive updates when the dev updates launcherpro?

You don't need to use Bettercut... You simply choose what program you want and you can change the icon from within LauncherPro.

Is there any way to get the "messaging" stock app to open up to handcent? and the stock "brower" app to open to xscope? The two stock apps are themed with TC's clean black, but handcent and xscope aren't and it looks dumb if they are in the dock. thanks

I think you can just add those to the dock and then select whatever image you want to put there for shortcut. I could be wrong tho

I can only add the blue handcent icon, the greyish launcherpro text icon, or something from my gallery

I want an icon that has been themed already (the stock messaging app)

I'm having problems with Bettercut icons now also. When I select Bettercut after long pressing on one of the shortcut buttons on the dock, I can't get to the list of icons that I've already made in Bettercut. And, if I choose an icon from the Folder Organizer list, it is placed on the home screen and not on the shortcut launcher. Hmm...

definitely I love LauncherPro...though I've found that it seems to kill Froyo...for some reason it caused it to freeze up horribly...

but, since discovering LauncherPro, it has been my default...

I am using Froyo with LauncherPro, no issues here. LauncherPro is still faster than the Froyo launcher.

+1. It is just as smooth on froyo as it is on bb 1.1, only problem is that the phone runs way hotter. The stock 3d launcher in froyo is the best one yet (pretty smooth after it's been opened a few times, plus it works in landscape), but it still is choppier than lp.
