    BB v1.0 what does no need of autokill or no set cpu work?

    Some of the features on this v1 are no needing autokill and setcpu etc, how does that work?

    I think someone said that Pete wrote his own file that's included in the ROM that regulates the CPU and throttles it according to what's needed. You can still use SetCPU if you'd like, but it's not necessary.

    As for AutoKiller, I think Pete manually adjusted the memory settings in the ROM so that it keeps at least 50mb of memory available at all times, effectively making the phone a little faster by having more available memory all the time.
