updated to Bugless Beast 2.1 - need help overclocking

I have been following a post that step-by-steps how to root, install bugless beast and everything... have had no troubles (now run 2.1 on my DROID), up until now.....

I came to this part:

If you want to overclock your phone, continue...otherwise skip this section


45. If you want to overclock you need to download one of these kernels and rename it to update.zip.

OPTIONAL Kernels: (rename to update.zip and install using instructions below)
-ChevyNo1
-AdamZ

I want to overclock to 800mhz and was wondering if someone had any idea how to do it the way he was stating.

go to either of the links that he has in the thread and download the kernal that you want to use. rename it to update.zip, put in the root of your sd card and then follow the rest of his instructions.

it looks like all of chevyno1's kernals have an 800 slot. if you don't want to go higher than 800 you could try his 10-slot 1ghz or 5-slot 1ghz.

i've never tried adamz's but his also gives you the option to go to 800.

I was wanting Adamz's but his download links are down (because bugless beast comes with an Adamz preloaded and figured it would be most stable).

post #4 says something about adamz's kernals being rom.tgz rather than zip. you might want to take a peek at that thread for more info on using adamz oc files.

managed to get my phone to 600mhz, but can't seem to find the other options.... anyone with ideas?
