I've had this problem lately with DM1.0 -- a reflash seems to have taken care of it.

What were you updating from? Sounds like you'll need to do a /system wipe and flash the ROM again.

I have this problem with BB 0.7 and beautiful widgets. It doesn't actually freeze, but I get a FC notice. Same thing happens if Pandora is paused in the background. This is really the only problem I have ever had with bugless beast.

If you ran a theme or changed anything the phone app will break. A new phone app was created and used in v0.9.

The phone.apk in most themes is not compatible with BB v0.9. You can remove the phone.apk from the theme in the update.zip file and you won't have any FC with incoming calls.

Ditto this!! I themed the dialer and generated these problems. As soon as went back to the stock dialer in V0.9, my phone issue went away.

What he said. Delete the phone.apk from the update.zip (and a few other files that you may not want installed). Re-load the ROM and then the modified theme (without the phone.apk), and all is well. Worked for me at least.
