Thins might be a silly question but when I open up Winzip Pro Which files do i extract

System.tar -
boot.img
data.tar
nandroid.md5

This is all it's showing me.........

Ok did all that...Then i Got this when I tried to perform the restore


ERROR: Nandroid exited with status 21

You have a space in the folder's name. No spaces allowed!

I lost the ability to overclock. i tried installing one of the chevy kernels but i get a boot loop. Can someone recommend me a good kernel for this rom?
