I flashed FRK76 and all of the lag problems disappeared , thanks for the FRK76 ROM .

Forgot to mention I did a SBF of FRG83G off Pete's site , let it update to FRK76 . Did the "lock home screen into memory" tweak for FroYo .
su>echo ro.HOME_APP_ADJ=1 >> /data/local.prop>reboot (used Terminal Emulator, must have root first) .
I re-rooted (SuperOneClick second to last version , newer version would not work) , OCed with SetCPU and P3Droid kernel (LV-250-1000) , thing flies again .
Hurry up with the GNexP VZ .
