[REQUEST] [GPA19] Transparent Pull Down Notification Bar

sorry, i first apologize for not being able to use uppercase letters when posting in the message body field on these forums, regardless of browser. as the title says, i was curious pete if you, or maybe another talented dev here could create a standalone zip that could update whichever files needed to make the notification drop down transparent. i could if i had the time between being a full time dad to learn how to implement this on gb and implemennt it myself.

if anybody can do this that would be awesome, but could you please please just create the zip with only the files that need updating. i cant go around reflashing an entire rom just for that one feature. thanks in advance to anyone who can do this. if not, i understand.
