Installed the ROM yesterday and must say my OG Droid runs like a dream. Just wish I would've made a list of the apps I had on the phone BEFORE flashing. Oh well, live and learn.
GPA19 is correct. It's Pete's nomenclature for his Gingerbread ROMs.
I'm very impressed with this build! Coming from SS5.x GB ROMs, and Project Elite Froyo stuff, I was looking for something maybe lighter, easier on the old battery life... and I've found it!
I'm a little laggy with the stock kernel, so I'll probably try one of Chevy's, but I'm at 50% batt after 12 hours in a low- signal area!
No 3g dropouts, no phone vibrate issues, just a nice solid stock- feeling ROM.
I had heard good things... they were right! Thanks for the work, Pete!

Does anyone else have problems with the phone app, it always shuts my screen off when I call someone/receive a call, but it doesn't turn back on after. I'm going to downgrade and see if that helps at all
EDIT: Restored to GPA17, problem is still there, it's probably a HW issue. If anyone else has this problem, a quick workaround would be to slide your phone open.

This is very smooth and fast, only complaint is sometimes if I hold my finger on a scrollable screen it quickly flickers/jolts or w/e. it's inconsistent which is weird. Any fix?
Did a complete wipe x3 including davlik. Using Chevy ulv 1.0 ghz
Edit: Disregard, possibly issue with launcherpro and not this ROM.

I really haven't spent too much time swapping kernels and what not in the past, but am looking to try a different kernel with GPA19. Any recommendations? Don't want to go over 1.0GHz...
