    This is the start of an ICS theme for GPA. I'm leaving town to work for a few months and will have 0 time to work on this! Please feel free to rip it apart and add all that is still needed. I know its only a partial, but with the help of the community it should go exactly where we want it to!

    Most of the drawables came from the ICS_Aplha2.apk for theme chooser that is floating around. I changed a few myself, but nothing major.

    Update: Now includes the Ice Cream Sandwich custom launcher!!!!

    Make a nandroid, flash the zip! Mostly all of us know the routine by now!

    I wouldn't try, different frameworks. I have it ported for 19 and flashed on my phone, will upload it later tonight. Its a little further along, and also has different battery!

    Is flashing a theme the same as flashing a rom? When I install new roms like GPA 19 I rename the .zip update.zip then boot into recovery. Do I do the same here?

    What recovery are you using? You only need to rename files if you are using SPRecovery. And it is the same as flashing a ROM with the only difference being you do not need to wipe anything.
