The correct way to NOT download existing apps when installing Bugless

I've played around with Bugless some before and both times I accidentally ended up downloading all my existing apps. I don't really want this to happen, I prefer to manually install from Titanium Backup.

Can someone clarify how, during install, I can avoid downloading my exiting apps from the market.

When you first set up your Google Account, just uncheck the option to sync your Google account.

First time you reboot, when promted to sign in. Touch all 4 corners.
Thi will take you to the home screen. Sign in from the setting menu.

this will prevent all app-auto downloading when you do sign in.
