    Pete - will you be releasing a "v0.4" of the Kernels that match the build specs of this GPA for those that want to use different speeds?

    Edit: After installing, About Phone is showing Android version 2.3.4 and GPA16 for build... I'll try flashing again, but I'm pretty sure I flashed the right file (I only have one zip on my phone, and it's the 8-30 sholes zip)

    Edit: My bad, I copied my build.prop file from GPA16 and that's where the differences were coming from. Everything is working great!

    Why is the build number GRJ90 instead of GPA17?

    Wow! First impression, it seems snappier than GPA16. It also seems to be running better with the new Gmail, Gmaps, and playing nice with the Camera software....so far. Nice work, Pete. And props for open-sourcing your efforts!

    So I updated, and now when I go into the market - my apps section there's only like 3 apps listed, anyone have any idea where the rest of the links went? I like them to be in there so I know when apps have an update avaliable.

    Edit: found the problem, in the new market it had defaulted to my 2nd gmail account linked to my phone, which had no apps, so I just had to switch it.

    thank you for staying on top of this pete, your hardwork and dedication is greatly appreciated. if i had been lucky enough to score an hp touchpad i would surely have donated it to you.
    also, all my weird issues from GPA16 are fixed with GPA17, except for AndroZip randomly shutting down after 10 seconds (no FC, just back to launcher). I've tried reinstalling and wipe of cache's but nothing fixes it..maybe its just AZ hating on custom roms.

    edit: is anyone using your source files to do a Droid 2 (a955) ROM ? The only ROM that comes close to AOSP for my D2 is LGB and I hate it..right now I'm rockin' stock rooted cuz everything else is crap.

    edit2: AndroZip works great again, finally!
