Was Google Videos pushed to GB?

I just noticed google videos showed up in my app drawer today. (originally it was showing up as a program that was not installed in the my apps section of the market) Did Pete include it in GPA 16?
It does not have an uninstall option under settings/applications/manage applications . Just curious/paranoid.
