    Bootanimation on rooted GPA14 D1

    How do I install the Droid 2 boot animation onto my D1? I've looked everywhere on the internet on how to do so, but no matter what I've tried, it won't work. I'm on Pete's GPA14 build, I have no clue how to do this, and it's starting to frustrate me. Can someone please help me out? I would like a more custom Droid; as custom as can be with a stock ROM. Many thanks and much appreciation in advance.
