selling a BB D1

So I took the thunderbolt plunge, really hope there is a BB for it soon. Anyways I have restored my D1 to base .6.2.1 BB. I was thinking of selling it this way on ebay or something like that.

My question is, are there any concerns from a liability perspective in doing this. Also, what would be a good price? I am not trying to make a ton, maybe just offer the functionality for someone not comfy with rooting etc.

they are close to 150 on ebay without BB, I also have a TON of accessories. I have 2 docks, seidio case, seidio hefty hunky case thing, arm band for running etc.

I got my (now smashed) D1 on ebay 11 mos. ago for $123, that's some serious holding of value if they're going for $150 now. That said I've always wanted to play with a dock and I like the idea of a running armband, I don't think running BB adds to the value though (obviously it doesn't for me, dunno bout others). How much are you looking to get?

Mine died this week.

If in good condition will give you 120 for phone + shipping.
On craigslist locally go for 100-120. Ebay seems variable 100-150 depedning on seller and accessories. Rooted may do better locally, on ebay there's so many.
And rooting a droid 1 is easier than parallel parking (and for me takes less time).

Im waiting a local deal, but the seller "lost" the phone, lol.
