    BB GB Feature Wishlist

So what features do you want to see in Pete's Bugless Beast Gingerbread? My personal wishlist is as follows:

-Power Control settings in the pulldown menu (a la MIUI, et al), including built-in flashlight
-Built-in screenshot capture (a la MIUI)

That's actually the only things I would add to the features that already came with the BB 0.6 series (as long as Pete includes the Hot Seats in the dock like the BB nightly had).

What do you want to see?

Notification power widget is cool. That's about it. I like the fact Pete keeps things simple. I don't want to see the theme manager though. Causes conflicts with some apps on my phone. That's why I'm theming Pete's ROMs. Give the ppl including myself flavors without tgw theme manager.

I can see why you like the power widget, but the power widget on the statusbar is much more helpful

That's actually what we're talking about.

And Ronald, I agree with keeping it simple, but Pete's already made it so I don't need AdBlock or SetCPU, so if he can help me get rid of DroidLight and DroCap, that'd be pretty awesome. Plus, holding down menu and pressing the down button is way easier to take screen caps than trying to use DroCap.

Actually, I think remnant was referring to the updated Gingerbread keyboard Pete released for Froyo, something I had requested to Pete on Twitter as well. It had a vastly expanded dictionary, the word suggestions were in green, and Pete, lovestruck twentysomething that he is, had added the infamous <3 to the smiley menu. There were probably more changes than that, but those are the ones that spring immediately to mind.

I still HAVE NO CLUE as to why people insist on using drocap over ShootMe. Start shootme shake phone to take screenie. Simple.
As far as the wishlist, I would love to have full control over music when screen is off. Volume rocker to switch tracks camera button for play and pause!

To use drocap, you start drocap and shake the phone to take a screenshot. Simple. :3
