Hello,

I am not sure if this is a ROM specific request or not. I haven't found a single ROM that acomplishes this.

What I would like is the ability for my phone to auto connect to my BT music reciever in my car. Obviously this would only occur with items already paired. Maybe a check box next to each paired item that configures the phone to auto connect if within range.

My phone will do this on a reboot, but will not do it any other time. I always have to go into the BT menu and click on connect for it to actually connect to my BT reciever. I don't believe it to be an issue with the BT reciever because, again, it will auto connect when I reboot the phone.

If this is already implemented somewhere please let me know where.

My Droid connects automatically with my BT Jabra Cruiser in the car as soon as I turn on the Jabra. If I start my music player, it automatically plays through the Jabra. I can then transmit the music to my radio in stereo and control the volume with the radio. This works on both Froyo and GB roms. Your BT receiver may be the problem.
