Quick Q about taking screen shots

I have used BB since I first rooted my droid back in early 2010. I tried a few other roms, but keep coming back. One thing I never even thought about until it happened on accident in MIUI is screenshots. I see how useful they are, but have no idea how to implement them. Is there a cool, built-in way to do it in BB or do I have to download some app. If the latter, what app is best? Thanks.

There's no built-in feature for BB. I, however, use the Dro-Cap app.
