This is best done using Root Explorer... (you can do it using adb and the terminal app too...)

    Using Root Explorer ("RE"):
    1) Just find your .zip from your BB (the one you used to flash)
    2) Open in RE, nav. to /system/app/ (within the .zip) and find "browser.apk"
    3) Long press, and click "Extract"
    4) It will be extracted to /sdcard/extracted/ by default
    5) Nav. to sdcard/extracted/ and COPY the file (long press --> copy)
    6) Navigate back to your root (/) and then go to /system/app/
    7) Mount R/W and PASTE into this directory
    8) Change permissions to 644 (rw-r-r--)(this is what 644 looks like in Root Explorer)
    9) Reboot and you're DONE!

A personal suggestion...if you don't have Root Explorer...get it. It is an absolute necessity for a rooted user imo
