tethering and cant install/update apps

Anyone able to tether without losing 3g or having the connection interrupted? What exact app and kernel are you using? Which version of bb?

Also, anyone unable to install and update apps? Can't get it to workk even after clearing market data. Thanks

I was having issues with losing 3G and I just reinstalled the baseband and it solved that issue. All my apps have successfully updated accept Weatherbug Elite.
