I hate to ask such a silly question...what apps are they market apps or 3rd party? are you checking off "unknown sources" in settings->apps?

Also, how are you restoring? to you have the premium?

I used TiBackup to run the batch "restore missing apps + data" for 60 apps + data and all restored fine, in about 3 mins and with the push of a single button. I did however go through the list twice to make sure I was not restoring something from the old ROM...that could easily cause the issues you are all seeing.
    Current Phone- Rezound...unlocked and perm-rooted!

a.) market apps, almost all of them I believe. "unknown sources" is checked.
b.) yes, have the premium. batch restore on "missing apps" - apps only

Ti claims it restores but the apps are missing.

    apps not in market

Hey, I have a problem with free apps installed on my phone. They do not appear under the download part in my market, but the market does say they are installed. Also I still get updates about the apps yet when it brings me to the download page...nothing. May someone assist me please?

Great release BD. VERY smooth and chock-full of features. I'm not a huge fan of the notification boxes being gray instead of the old black when you pull down the bar and the facebook text widget issue already addressed. But hey I cant complain... it runs as smooth as a babies bottom!

I am one of those seeing the problem, and I do have "unknown sources" enabled. The apps I was trying to restore are 3rd party Market apps, and I was doing them one at a time. I never trust the batch restore operations; I don't want to overwrite something from the old ROM. I appreciate your responding, however.

That was to make things more visible so people could read both black and white noticications
