    I have 9.8 installed and while I don't use IM, it is located in the app drawer with everything else.

    The app is now called "talk" don't know if its changed but I have it.

    I believe he's talking about the G1 IM app that was for Yahoo, MSN and AIM.

    Maybe BD can add it to the repository, i do not see it in there.

    Ya it did all three it was in 7.8

    As was already stated, its in the Extra apps link, not the repository.
