After the flash
I followed the RSD process to migrate a motodroid back form the grips of 2.1 OTA.
SO now I am on 2.01 and rooted.
I noticed that there is a triangle next to my WiFi signal icon in the notification bar.
I cant for the life of me find what it is.
I thought it was a notification for the 2.1 update hat kept popping up, but now that I am rooted, and on UD 9.8 its still there.
Anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it?
This is a triangle black lines no "!" so its clear inside.
Now this was there before I rooted, or updated to UD 9.8 so its not UD...
Anyone?
Thanks

go to menu>settings>manage applications>development and click on USB debugging.
It is usually off, the only time you should need that is when you A. Do what you just did or B. you are running adb commands

Unchecked it but the triangle is still there.

You have done both a *228 option 1 (initial programming) and *228 option 2 (PRL update)?
Facts are a wonderful thing. They can be proven true or false. Opinions on the other-hand aren't facts and generally get argued to death. I wonder which one is more helpful normally?

I have not activated the device yet.
I have a Droid that I need to swop out and I got this as a spare.
Is that triangle a notification that it needs to be activated (*228)??

I believe it is.
