HELP!!!! stuck at welcome to droid screen

just tried to intsall 9.8.0 and after I did it the first time I didnt notice it was clockwork orange recovery before I flashed and now I am stuck at the droid welcome screen. I can change the language but when I hit the droid to begin it does nothing... Oh btw i did a data and cache wipe



update: fixed did a restore backup and installed sprecovery then flashed to the nexus theme

I'm having the same issue but i noticed that the update.zip changed to nextheme themed following the update.zip. The one i installed just said update.zip could be the issue why i cant get passed the welcome screen. i downloaded the recent Ultimate Droid V9.8.0 Update.zip Nextheme Themed - (Screenshots) and just going to try and do a re install. i will wipe data and cache just in case and post my results soon.

ah crap i accident went back to stock. now i have to re-root my droid which is more of a hassle now cuz so many people root it differently

I had same problem. I ended up wiping data and cache then reapplying the update.zip , this solved the bootloop.
