So I am sort of a huge noob when it comes to android, especially with these new roms. What exactly is this terminal, or rather, how do i get to it. Sorry if this is a very obvious question, I tried to search for it but I don't know the proper keywords. If somebody could link me to a guide or something, I'd be very thankful =)

Android Terminal Emulator seems to be the one of choice, actually - but yeah, that will work too.

The scripts can be run from the Droid using a Terminal Emulator app found in the Market. They can also be run from the ADB Shell via your desktop. For a complete guide on how to install the ADB shell onto your PC, check out this thread: [ HOW TO ] ADB AND WHY I LOVE ADB commands <3
