    Updating from Ultimate Droid v7.8 to v9

    I'm running Ultimate Droid v7.8 and would like to upgrade to v9. I have firmware version 2.1 on my phone. I took the update.zip from blackdroid's homepage and put it on the root of my sdcard... still on 7.8. Can I use nandroid. If so, where can I get the folder?? Any solutions are appreciated Thanks!

    Use ROM Manager (from Market)
    A 2 Droid family (one a bone stock Original and a rooted and themed X)
