    USB Tether on UD9?

I'm sure someone has aked this question but I am just not getting any hits searching.

While the wireless Tether is cool, I'd like to do a USB Tether.

Is there really only the two paid apps for USB Tether?

Is PDANet kidding? 30 bucks? Really?

as far as i know cyanogen is the only rom with usb tether. it is the exact same app as wireless tether cept there is an icon for usb and it ofcourse uses the usb cable. Works great auto installs small driver on the comp u hook it to aswell so no programs need installed on the computer.

Hmm... hey BD... sounds like the gauntlet has been thrown down. How about adding USB Tether to UD?

I finally tried out the tether the other day that is in or was in ultimate droid and it works just fine. I really don't have the use for it right at the moment, but I'm sure this summer I will find time for it while vacationing.

Wireless Tether for boot users is what it is called. But yes, I just went into my wirless settings and selected android and I was up and going. Speed is not great, but it works if you don't have access to the net.
