    Installation aborted.....HELP

    I just tried loading UD using RM (yes, the paid version). It had a problem backing up cache, then it formatted cache and data and started to install from sd card. I got an error opening update package (bad) Installation aborted. Its on that screen now, what next?

    Find a clockwork recovery compatible nandroid restore, or some update.zip ROM, then mount USB storage from Clockwork, transfer the ROM, and attempt to restore.

    OK, I went back to my backup, deleted the file off the SD card and downloaded again. It appears to have worked this time.
