Ultimate droid v7

Hey two quick things. My apologies if i sound noobish here but I didnt see any new boot animation. Just went from the "M" to the droid eye then loaded home screen. Also, when I went intophone settings, my build says "Ultimate Droid 6.3". Is that what it should be?

how did you install?

Followed the instructions to a "T". If it should read Ultimate Droid 7.0, then I will figure it out. You guys have enough post to deal with.

Just a fast question. I'm on UD 6.5 ready to install 7.0 but do in wipe data and cache before install?

Had to nandroid restore back to 6.5, sorry guys. I'm sure the issues will get resolved. If there is anything I can do to help, please let me know.

List of my issues before i reverted to 6.5:

1. incorrect lock screen with silence and hang up buttons on it and white bar with plus sign at the top

2. both launchers installed

3. all icons gone, and the ones left were stacked on top of each other in a couple of spots

4. setcpu could not be set past 550 even after uninstalling and reinstalling

Everything is running smooth here, though there were a few hiccups at the beginning to be sure. I didn't get the Blue Neural Net Live Wallpaper, just the regular one, but that's really not a big deal. My SetCPU did the same thing, I fixed it by reflashing AdamZ Kernel.

Edit-Oops, I just noticed I have the incorrect lock screen too.

I have Ultimate Droid 5.0 on mine, i rooted, then put DMod 1.0 on it then did the Ultimate Droid 5.0. I have not did anything since then, can I just update my phone since i already have firmware 2.1?

I am noticing some of the issues already mentioned. The + bar on the lock screen, the lockbar icons are messed up (for 2.0), not the right kernel installed, and some options didnt work..

for example I know i selected remove visual voicemail from verzion but it is there, i didnt want launcher+ but it is there..

i have all my apps, even though I selected the option that said I would need to redownload purchased apps, they are still there.. not that that is a problem..
