The same way. There should be a post in the forum with the link for the .apk Just download both links and put in the root of your SD card. Install with Astro and you are all good. Just search for the original post in the forum it has all instructions plus link
Edit: Here is the link HTC keyboard on DROID -non-root-

As for the vs 7 update, I LOVE IT. Thanks for everyone's hard work!
If you are a really heavy user you could have boot loops when the voltage is not high enough
I ran the SetCPU stress test with the 1200mhz low voltage kernel for about 15 minutes without any problems. I'm not noticing lower temperatures, which is what I assumed would be one of the advantages.

One of the beta testers tested it and said it was actually making more heat that the medium kernel

Is anyone else having a problem with grainy video playback after recording with the camcorder?
You might have to turn your overclocking down a bit before you record
Downclocked to 600, still no luck. Not a big deal because I never use the camcorder, and the awesomeness of the rest of the ROM more than makes up for it! just something interesting though. Thanks for everything Blackdroid!
Same here. Video is all out of whack in this build. I tried clocking down as well and to no avail. Still get very pixelated video. Any other fixes for this? Is this because of using Adamz's medium voltage kernel?

when i try and install the update.zip file i get a install blocked...installation aborted??? does any one know how to get around this???

BD, just wanted you to know that I'm having the best experience out of all ROMS I've tried on my phone. I can even stably run 1.3ghz with lots of stuff running and not a single reboot, fc, freeze, or battery pull needed in 24 hours....it's purely amazing...

Mybe I missed it but everytime I install an OC kernal I get boot loops. It worked one time installing a Chevy kernal at 1GHz , tried to tweak the LiveWallpapers.apk, got boot loops, and then did a clean install.
Tried the Chevy kernal again and got boot loops...currently I just reloaded a clean 2.0.1 root backup.
All restores are done thru Nandroid and when I get the boot loops I have to plug in to format system otherwise the boot loops stay after a restore
Anyone got good input on this?
Other than the OC issue....awesome ROMs...been tweaking them almost everyday for the constant updates
