Loving 6.5 and can't wait until 7! Been running it nonstop with chevy's 10 slot 1 ghz. One problem though... if i open a new text from the notification pull down menu, it sometimes freezes and restarts a couple of times, and then Messaging force closes.

possible kernel issue. 7.0 is more stable with the kernels and not one reboot with heavy testing in 3 hrs.

May also want to check with Maps running. I can have it on the car charger running Pandora and Maps all day long, BUT if I have Maps as the showing app it sometimes boosts my temps by 20deg.

Unless I have profile set to 600Mhz while charging I get 140-150's with maps showing but if I swap to Pandora showing and Maps running in background it drops back down to 120ish

already did gonna make a longer run to make sure. since you use maps and a dock i assume how do you keep your screen on with maps running? i open maps just to show where im driving and after a min it turns the screen. gotta constantly hit unlock button and it sucks! lol just got the docks today for testing purposes.

Maps closes with the screen timeout. If you are using the navigator it will stay on. It works that way for me anyway.

ok so i have to have it set to go somewhere and be telling me how or else screen times out?

can always run pandora and ill be fine bc pandora has the option not to turn the screen off.

45 min of pandora and charging in multimedia dock and at 102f. 1200mhz medium voltage.

texting and searching through my phone. very stable and nice.

Yeah, I'm constantly using Navigator and Pandora, at least 4-8hrs a day, go different places all over GA every day. So could give you an extended stress test if you ever need me to. Nav keeps screen awake normally. You could always set it to keep screen on while plugged in.

Yup, start up cardock goto navigation and put in address then start music and go back to cardock

Alright I moved JIT-enabled-Update.zip over to the root of the card and then chose Allow update.zip installation both as it was named Jit-enabled-update, and I renamed it as update.zip but both ways I get Installation aborted.

Isn't this supposed to work this way of did I do something wrong?

Man, I really hope version 7 on my phone plays nice with kernels. I had MAJOR issues with all ESE53 based ROMS with ALL kernels at ALL voltages. I actually went back to my stock rooted nandroid today cause I couldn't take the reboots and battery pulls. What's weird is before ESE53 and the gauntlet of kernels, I was able to run 1.25 with NO probs. I'm in NOOOOOO way dissin on BD's work though, when it works on my phone it's like a party in my pants....

patiently waiting, just wanted to check in since I don't have to wake up at the a**crack of dawn tomorrow. time to fix another screwdriver and hit F5 a few more times.

bc you need to first select allow update.zip, option above install update.zip
