I'm one of those early adopters with buyers remorse - to what email address do we need to forward our Google Checkout order number?

Why is it I see those of you who opt to take softwareforme up on their refund offer as having "Returners remorse" by the time the product is final? I've said it before, but I just can't understand people people getting so upset over a dollar? So it's taking longer than you thought...big deal. Meanwhile use something else and rest assured that eventually the features you bought it for will be implemented and be worth more than a dollar.

funny enough, I am more excited by phonemypc updates. I bought it, probably more out of impatience to get something from softwareforme. I thought, well, I can use it as a home theater pc remote if nothing else (which would cost more than the $10 asking price). Now I find my self using this program all the time to check up on jobs I leave running on my work computer while I am at home. While it is pretty sweet as is, and works most of the time, for some reason I sometimes find that when I go into Interact Live mode, it acts like I chose view live mode and I can't interact. Not sure why it is.

Anyways, while i'm a little impatient like the rest of you, I will bide my time and patiently wait for the next release of these two pieces of software.

Everyone's entitled to their own opinion. Mine is that the promise of this software was leveraged to have people buy the product as a beta release to test with promised updates to make the most of the product. To this date the promise has not been fulfilled - it's as simple as that.

I see it the same way you do, but still jrocketdroid is right. We promised, we failed (are slow, at least), and have no compunction saying as much. Rather than be silent and let people "get whatever they get," we really enjoy working with (and talking to) our customers, and the downside is that sometimes we're [publicly] wrong. If we'd said "Buy now, and within six months it will be really cool!" there would be no complaints, but that's not what we said.

I haven't been using IMT much because it freezes on me all the time. I am not upset at all though. I will be patient for two reasons.
1. It was only a buck!
2. If IMT turns out to be as good as PhoneMyPC I will be very happy.
I use PhoneMyPC quite a bit and love it, so I am confident these guys will come through. If not.... refer to reason 1.
