What does it provide over the free version?

1) No ads. It doesn't even have the Internet permission.
2) A widget where you can see your PTO on your homescreen.
3) The ability to track multiple types of PTO (free version only tracks one).

And some future enhancements may be "pro only", although I don't know what those are at this time.

What rules do you have? I just added "Once a month" pay schedule. The only thing I don't have is yearly accumulation with losing it all, because that's fairly straightforward to keep track of. But let me know what your situation is and I'll try to make it work.

Just did a major update over the holidays. Google Backup services for pro version, Holo theme on all devices, more pay schedule formats. It's on sale now for $.99 until Friday.
