QScout Tools allows the QScout in the field to lay down Qingxit. A Qingxit is a digital marker at a GPS location and describes what (not who) is of interest at that location. It could be somewhere good to eat, something worth seeing, or even something to avoid. Laying it down submits the Qingxit to the web site http://thirdringexit.com where it is recorded and published for everyone to see and learn.

If you live in a place that appears to be undiscovered by current QScouts, don’t hesitate to be the first to lay down Qingxits and start the revolution!
