[Free and Paid] Enders POS (Point of Sale) Terminal
Hello everybody. I would like to announce an app I developed. It is a line item point of sale client. I have both a free version and a paid version. Here is the info about the app.
Enders POS is a line item Point of Sale system ideal for any retail environment. Unlike a cash register, it does not have pre-defined buttons for items. By line items you can adjust the name, description, price, department, and barcode for each item. This is a basic system usable for one device. It can not synchronize to another system.
This is the paid version of the app. There is a free version that is supported by ads. If you wish to try this out, please see our other apps for the free version.
It can be used for and not limited to:
* Lemonade Stands
* Bake Sale Stands
* Cookie Stands
* Retail Kiosks
* Farmers Market Vendors
* Craft Fair Vendors
* Flea Market Vendors
* Show Vendors
* Garage Sale Vendors
* Sidewalk Sale Vendors
* Door to Door Sales People
* And many many more...
Features that Enders POS provide are:
* Line Item Inventory Screen
* Departments
* Barcode Scanning. (Scans multiple types)
* Pay with Cash, Square, External CC, Check, or Other.
* Credit/Debit Card integration using Square Up.
* Two tax settings
* Database Backup to SD card.
* Detail Reports
This program can now be downloaded from around the world.
Transactions can now be paid by different methods. Cash, Check, Credit Card, Square, or Other. The Square method of payment will only show up in the United States as the Square app can only be used in the US.
Reports can be viewed through a date range. They will describe amount totals by department, tax groups, and tendered type.
The SquareUp Credit Card Integration will move the sale to the Square app. If you do not have the Square app, Enders POS will request to download it from the Android Market. Once payment is complete with the Square app, it will return to Enders POS with the results. You must register with square to use the Square app. They will also send you a card reader to use with your device to scan credit cards. The card reader can only be used if you have a regular headphone jacket. Also, the Square app can only be used inside the United States. Any issues with payments through the Square app must be taken up with Square Customer Support. Processing fees for the Square App are 3.5% + 15¢ per transaction without the card reader and only 2.75% per transaction with the card reader.
Barcode scanning uses the ZXing barcode reader. Supported formats include:
* UPC-A and UPC-E
* EAN-8 and EAN-13
* Code 39
* Code 93
* Code 128
* QR Code
* ITF
* Codabar
* RSS-14 (all variants)
* Data Matrix
* PDF 417 ('alpha' quality)
* Aztec ('alpha' quality)
--------------------------------------------
Quick Start Guide:
To get started quickly, you can just Insert Products. You can insert a product Name, Description, and Price. You may choose a department if available. If no departments are available, Reports will report No Department. After adding items, you may use the Scan Barcode to search the database for the item. If the item is not available, it will report item not found. You can also quick search the database by entering the item Name on the Auto Complete Bar. It will give you a drop down of items found until you enter enough where it can not find anymore.
Hit your menu button to bring up the menu, here you can go to your reports, inventory, and settings.
Settings allow you to adjust the tax setting groups, Store name and Square Description, and Database settings.
Inventory allows you to add new departments and items.
Reports shows amounts made by department, taxes collected, and tendered types. You may also adjust the date range.
Long Pressing a line item allows you to edit quantity or remove item.

Report details
On the paid app. does the sales report have details about the sale ie. description, dept. info?
I have tried the free app. and think that this may work for my coin shop.
The change to allow a discounted sale was a show stopper for me as we often give discounts.
Thank you in advance.

Hi dragon,
I am working on a history reporting screen, that will act very much the like reporting screen but it will show the sales and what was sold in that sale. I will also be making that report exportable in CSV format. I am not sure yet when that will be released yet, but it is in the works now.
And thank you for your support.
