    first extract from the zip file and copy busybox to your sdcard, dont put the file into a folder just in the sdcard, the same with the framework-res.zip, but remember to change the file type to framework-res.apk, now from terminal in your droid introduce the next code or from adb shell in windows

    $ su
    # mount -o remount,rw -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system
    # mkdir /system/xbin
    # cd /system/xbin
    # cat /sdcard/busybox > busybox
    # chmod 755 busybox
    busybox --install .
    # mount -o ro,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system
    # exit
    $ busybox

    then

    $ su

    # mount -o rw,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system

    # cd sdcard

    # busybox cp -R framework-res.apk /system/framework

    # reboot

    now you are done

    Do you have Astro installed on your phone?

    If so use Astro and navigate to the file and press and hold it until the menu pops up then select edit then select rename and make sure it isn't named framework-res.apk.zip.

    Could this not be done even easier with the root explorer copy and paste?

    nevermind got it, the above instructions worked flawlessly!!

    the next question would be the same as above, do i keep these items on my sdcard or can we delete them?
