I would love to have everything transparent even launcher pro widgets if possible. I also do my own theming...png's only. Haven't figured out xml's yet. Would also like to know the .zip process

this is a great idea...i've already made almost everything on my phone transparent because it just looks cooler when the widgets are "floating" on the homescreen haha...used MM by the way and never had any issues applying changes to framework...

Yeah, that was the first thing I did back in February, when I learned you could edit application.png's...if it has a widget associated with it, I have it transparent, even if I don't use the widget (just in case).

I also made some changes to my framework a few days ago using a MetaMorph I made, with no problems...I am definatlely looking foward to doing this

Would you be willing to do a transparent dialer, contacts, dial pad?

If you are referring to the actual backdrop of the contacts and dialer your best bet would be to go with the [Release] DarkEdge UI 2.2 these guys are masters at what they do and it would be difficult to match them on any level

Do a nandroid backup first, but you can try to use 928Droid's Contacts.apk (he has {or had haven't checked} it in a separate update.zip in his Black Glass thread. Since I've moved to a ROM he doesn't support yet, I've been using that by itself, and it works fantastically well with the theme I'm using now (thebowers' Black N Bold).

Edit: Just checked and if you click on his extras folder currently linked in the the thread it's there (Naked Experimental).
