Wow... come to a tech forum and find Lions fans From Rochester here, living in Atlanta. Die hard Lions fan. You wouldn't believe the hell I get on a yearly basis every football season. But, they can't suck forever(read, 98 Rams).. and I will be one of the few that stuck with them the whole way.... I would rock a Lions theme for sure.. It would match my clothing and license plage frame
Can you write me a quick 'how to' on what you did? I'm a noob and not familiar with how to load stuff to the phone. I'm assuming your doing what everyone is to load any kind of wallpaper.. so I'm very interested. I'd like to get one for the Pistons, Wings, Wolverines etc...
To load music or photos to your Droid you need to connect it to your PC via the usb cable that was supplied with the phone. After plugging it in and giving it a minute to make sure any drivers are installed (if its your first time), you probably will see an icon in your top toolbar. Pull the toolbar tab down and click on the usb button to "mount" your sd card. Then your PC should "see" your Droid. If this doesn't work, you can download the mountusb app from the marketplace and run it while connected to your computer. The usb card needs to be mounted each time you connect (at least on my PC) in order to acces your Droid. Once you can see your Droid in your windows explorer page you can just drag and drop files to your phone. Most sports teams and magazines websites have free downloadable wallpapers in their media tabs. You can use any image in your Droid gallery as your wallpaper. Just click the menu key while viewing the picture and hit "set as" and then "wallpaper" and "save".
The last step before you hit save prompts a window that you can resize and move around the image. You just select the area that you want to use as your wallpaper. So it doesn't really matter what size image you start with. You'll see what I mean when you try it.
