    Why do my English MP3s show in Chinese on Droid X?

    I can't use my Droid X as an MP3 player because is converts the English file names into Chinese characters.
    Why is this? Any suggestions for how to fix it?
    Verizon support suggested restoring my phone but that is a last resort after all the work putting the thing together the way I want it.
    If I look at the files using the onboard file viewer they look normal. If if try to view them with ANY music player the files are converted into Chinese.

    I just downloaded Winamp because it doesn't have any problem reading these same files on my PC, but just like every other music player I've tried on my phone, it turns everything Chinese.
    A primary reason for going Android over iPhone was so I wouldn't have any problems using all the MP3s ripped from my CD collection.
