    Question Text messages deleted on its own

    Last night I went to sleep, text messages were there. This morning I wake up, text messages ALL GONE!

    I leave the phone on, I restart it once a week, sooner if it starts to act funny.

    I researched the problem, lots of people complaining about it, however I find no solution other than to back the text messages with an app from the market;

    Issue 5669 - android - Droid deleting all Messaging/SMS conversation threads at random or triple sending - Project Hosting on Google Code

    Need some help, what else can I do. Is there a fix for this bug?
    Using Droid with froyo update.
