    Low Picture Quality on Droid Eris

    When I send a 3 megapixel from my htc droid eris to my husband's motorola droid, the picture converts to mms and the picture quality is terrible when he receives it. Before the update though, I sent them and they were perfectly clear. ...What should I do?
