    Question Trouble with incoming alerts

    Droid X worked fine for first week. Suddenly yesterday the phone would only vibrate with incoming calls, alarms and alerts. All settings seem correct. I can play all ringtones and alerts. Verizon recommends a factory reset. Any other ideas? I am missing all of my incoming calls and alarms and alerts due to this issue.
