About LinkBacksSo today a new issue cropped up. My phone is randomly dialing my parents while in lock down mode. This has happened about six times today. If the echo and choppy conversation hadn't driven them to the edge ... The people at the Verizon store are not at all helpful on the tech scene, but I might exchange it this afternoon. Love the phone, and willing to hang in there ...
If I exchange models witll I lose all of the apps I've purchased?

12-03-2009 04:06 PMAren't you required to sync with GMail when you first get the phone? I had to create a gmail account for me. Wish there was a way to use my actual email.
