    Exclamation SD card Damaged???

the other day i was trying to take a photo and post to facebook. it got all weird saying my card was corrupted and needed formatting. since i didnt have much on there i did it. now when i try to put my stuff back on it, i cant make folders inside the card without getting "parameters are wrong blah, blah". now its saying my card is damaged and needs to be formatted. what the hell? i tried restarting my phone but it wont format now. not sure if anyone is having this problem but this issue should be looked into. maybe a firmware issue. any help would be appreciated.
