Gallery Edits?

Whenever I try and rotate a picture in my gallery, it simply doesn't...at least not at first. I hit the rotate button about 10 times before it actually goes in the direction that I want. And after it is actually rotated and I try to share it via text or e-mail or FB or ANYTHING it sends it out in its original state (not rotated).
Very annoying Is there a fix??

Also, they shouldn't have gotten rid of the "All Pictures" folder in the gallery, I hate searching through every folder for the one picture I am looking for.
