    I wouldn't mess with Task Killers.

    In regards to battery apps I do not have any experience on them.

    I don't use them.

    Somebody may chime in here that could possibly recommend some though.

    I've tried several battery status apps and a couple of task managers and not seen that error, but most of those other apps I have not tried.
    I find a task killer useful when I have to stretch out my battery time, but I don't go nuts with them...do you really think they are harmful, cereal killer? A lot of people seem to use them.

    I use Battery Left for my battery status. While I don't have a Task Killer, I do have Advanced Task Manager. I don't really use it that much, but let the Droid take care of the apps running.

    I removed ATK and Battery status pro and its all clear so far. I removed them about an hour after cereal killer posted his recommendation.

    I have uninstalled the two recommended apps. I have not heard the notification since but will definitely write again if it does.

    I just uninstalled Advanced Task Killer even though I'm not having problems. Task Killers are unneeded anyway better safe than sorry.
