    slider very loose

    When I have the slider closed it is very loose. It feels like I have the bb storm again when I press down on certain parts of the screen and outlying case and touch buttons. Is this normal? Thanks.

    No its not normal. The device should be solid all the way around.

    definitely solid. there's been discussion over whether or not to remove the plastic piece behind the screen when you slide out the keyboard, but it seems most people have issues with the keyboard sliding easier (read: in their pocket, etc.).
