    froze on lock screen, need help ASAP

    my phone is frozen on the lock screen, took battery out, turned off. theres nothing that i can do to make it work...please help

    Well def a phone issue. If battery pull don't work then go to vzw and swap for a brand new one

    Make sure when you do a battery pull, you leave the battery out for atleast 30 seconds.

    Try taking out battery for 5 minutes. If your rooted hold down x and power to boot into recovery mode. If your not rooted and have same problem after 5 minutes of battery pull take itback to verizon. That's what I would do but I'm still a noob.
