About LinkBacksMy Droid started acting up today. Three times today I've entered my contact list, and hit the icon to dial a contact. Nothing happens. The phone then locks up. I can return to the home screen, but all other functions and apps are unresponsive. Then, 1 minute later, the contact I attempted to dial is dialed. I thought possibly my Handscent SMS was conflicting with the Droid software so I uninstalled it. Didn't help, problem still exists.
Anyone else ever experience this?

02-11-2010 08:09 PMboot into safe mode (cant rememebr exactly how to know, but a quick search of these forums will warrent an adequate response) and try to get the problem to replicate. If you cant replicate the problem, it is an installed app, it you can, take the phone to VZW and let them know.
You might have to walk to tech through what you have done, as a lot of VZW's techs are not as up to speed as most of the guys on this forum.Last edited by r-dubya; 02-11-2010 at 08:10 PM. Reason: spelling
