    Yeah called verizon they told me to rub it with alcohol.

    Alcohol is good for cleaning electrical contacts.. it leaves no residue and has very little water in it.

    I have a samsung charge that shuts off when i am making a phone call....troubleshot at best buy....no change in performance....have to charge it everyday...charge is worn down in less than 6 hours....i have to keep this bugger until april...any ideas???
